lgTIRFM - 170
lgTIRFM-170 flow system is designed: for use with 0.15 - 0.17 mm coverslips as TIRF lightguides and is compatible with dry, water-, and oil--immersion objectives. It is supplied with open perfusion chambers for live cell studies. For microarray studies and kinetic measurements, where open perfusion is not necessary, we offer fluidic block with optical window, which creates closed flow cell on the top of the TIRF lightguide. lgTIRFM - 1000
lgTIRFM-1000 system employs low-fluorescence microscopy slides 1” x 3” x 1 mm as TIRF lightguides. lgTIRFM-1000 is designed for microarray studies and kinetic measurements, and is compatible only with dry objectives with working distance larger than 1 mm.
