Exceptional selectivity
Automated fluidics and autosampler for unattended analysis. This unique automated total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) biosensor with optional electrochemical control (TIRF-EC) contains all the functions for investigating biomolecular interactions that can be found in high-end surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors.However, the sensitivity of TIRF-EC Biosensor TEC1001-01 is approximately 10,000 times better than that of the most sensitive SPR biosensors. TIRF-EC Biosensor TEC1001-01 is supplied with chemically modified TIRF and TIRF-EC sensor chips and reagent kits for convenient immobilization of different biomolecules. |
